Anton worked for nearly 50 year in Sinton and Taft area for the families of Paul Hill, and Melvin Muthcler, were he devoted his life to farming. He had one true passion, Horses – he acquired at a young age when he rodeo. He resided at Woodridge Nursing & rehab in Beeville, Texas for the last 3 ½ years were he continued his love of the farm, by being active in the garden.

Anton is survived by: sister Bessie Srp of Denton; sister-in-law Gaye Srp of Orange Grove; 2 nephews, John & wife Arleen Srp and Carl & wife Glenda of Orange Grove; niece Eunice Srp of Orange Grove; 5 great nieces; and 2great nephews.

Anton was preceded in death by: parents; brother Charles Srp; sister Annie Srp; and 2 nieces, Katy Akin and Sarah Klesel.

Graveside Service: 11 am, Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007 at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Visitation: 3 pm, Friday at Kubena Funeral Home.
