Anne F. Gerlich, 90, of Hallettsville, passed away April 15, 2011. She was born on October 7, 1920 to Alfons & Hermina Schustek Laidolf in Wharton County, Texas. She married Ben B. Gerlich on May 16, 1942 at Camp Blanding, Florida. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Hallettsville.

Anne is survived by: 2 sons, Mark S. Gerlich & wife Gayle of Houston, and Collin P. Gerlich & wife Karen of Humble; 5 grandchildren, Rebecca Dyan Gerlich Krauss & husband Seth, Jessica Elizabeth Gerlich, Sara Whitney Gerlich, Matthew C. Gerlich & wife Sarah, and Leslie A. Gerlich; and 4 great grandchildren, Benjamin Adam Krauss, Katie Julia Krauss, Hannah Francine Krauss, and Rayne A. Gerlich.

Anne was preceded in death by: her husband Ben, parents, and siblings.

Visitation: 6 pm, Saturday, at Kubena Funeral Home. Rosary: 7 pm, Saturday, at Kubena Funeral Home. Burial: Private Family Service at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Memorials: Charity of Your Choice.

A Memorial Funeral Mass Service will be held at a later date.
