Alois A. Bujnoch, 71, of Hallettsville, died June 4, 2006. He was born April 14, 1935 to Victor Frank & Vlasta Matula Bujnoch. He married Dolores Ann Hessler Bujnoch on Jan. 11, 1959 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hallettsville.

He was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Isidore Society and board of directors of St. Isidore Society, K.J.T., and S.P.J.S.T. He retired from Lavaca County Pct. one after 32 years and 4 months of service.

Alois is survived by: wife Dolores; 5-sons, Alois Bujnoch & wife Tammy of Hallettsville, Steven Bujnoch & wife Carrie of Shiner, Kenneth Bujnoch & wife Tabitha of Hallettsville, Patrick Bujnoch & wife Pamela of Sweet Home, Francis Bujnoch & wife Lesly of Hallettsville; 1-daughter Barbara Janak & husband Larry of Hallettsville; brother Anton Bujnoch Sr. of Hallettsville; sister Georgie Motal of Austin; and 11 grandchildren.

Alois was preceded in death by: parents Victor Frank & Vlasta Matula Bujnoch; 3-brothers, Henry, Steven, and Joe Bujnoch; and sister Frances Kolacny.

Service: 2pm, Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Visitation: 2pm, Monday at Kubena Funeral Home. Officiate: Rev. John Peters. Burial: St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosaries: 7pm Monday at Kubena Funeral Home, and 1:30pm Tuesday at St. Mary's Church. Memorials: St. Mary's Catholic Church. Pallbearers: Alois Bujnoch, Steven Bujnoch, Kenneth Bujnoch, Patrick Bujnoch, Francis Bujnoch, and Larry Janak.
