Adeline Matejek, 88, of Hallettsville, passed away July 17, 2019. She was born on October 6, 1930, to John & Mable Hudgeons Gold in Hallettsville. She married Anton J. Matejek Sr. on October 8, 1947 in Houston.

Adeline is survived by; son Anton Matejek Jr. & wife Debbie of Houston; daughter Betty Lou Agueros of Hallettsville; 9 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

Adeline was preceded in death by: husband Anton Sr.; daughter Anna Lois Cupit; and 3 sisters, Joyce Lee Ray, Johnnie Mae Palaero and Ann Matejek.

Funeral Service: 12 noon, Saturday, July 20, 2019, at Kubena Funeral Home; with the Visitation starting at 10 am. Officiant: Rev. Preston Little. Memorials: Donor's Choice. Burial: Salem Cemetery.
